Red Eye proton beam ability

This is the new ability from the Red Eye. Now it fires a laser beam. It is not a super weapon but it is very effective against ships without their shields. This weapon does not work as the normal proton beam from the Accuser, it damages all the hardpoints, however, I repeat, it is not very powerful.
